Q .What is the difference between regular set and high performance set?

A . Regular is a common item and wax is liquid wax.  High performance uses hot wax on newer models than regular ones.

Q .Can I reserve equipment in advance?

A . Yes. We highly  recommend a reservation in advance by telephone or email.

Q . Why is there a weight item in the ski application form?

A . For your safety, our store requires your weight data to set up your ski binding using the SBB system created by famous ski manufacturers such as SALOMON,HEAD,ELAN etc. If not set up correctly, there is the risk of injury.Other stores disregard the proper setting and do not guarantee enough safety. Q . What do I need to rent equipment?

A . Your photo ID.(passport,driver's licence or health insurance card)

Q . Can I pay later? 

A . Please pay all fees in advance.  On the day of rental, please pay in cash or card at the shop.

Q . Can I use credit card payment or electronic payment?

A . The following can be used.(VISA,Master,JCB,AMEX,d払い,auPay,OrigamiPay,meruPay,LINEPay,PayPay,Alipay,nanaco,Suica,Pasmo,ICOCA)

Q . How much dose it cost to rent after the 4th day?

A . From the 4th day onwards,an additional daily fee will be added for each additional day.For example,a 7-day stay would be 3days＋(daily fee ×4)
